San Francisco Bay Area Comedy Open Mikes & Showcases

This page is for comedians (and aspiring comedians) looking for stage time... If you are a comedy fan looking for shows, please check out the calendar.

Below are most of the stand-up comedy open mikes and showcases in the San Francisco Bay Area. If you are a first time performer, your best options are probably the Brainwash on Thursdays, Tommy T's on the first Tuesday of the month, or the Rockit Room on Tuesdays.

Shows with contact information are pre-booked, meaning you must contact the booker for stage time. The other shows are open mikes, so just show up at sign-up time. Unless noted otherwise, all shows are comedy only. We try to keep the list up-to-date, but sometimes shows do get cancelled abruptly.

* If you are emailing a booker you don't know, it's a good idea to describe your experience level and include a link to your website, performance clips, and any other relevant information. Please do not type out your material, and please do not include any attachments.
