2010 San Francisco International Comedy Competition Results
September 17th, 2010 | San Francisco ComedyTonight is the opening night of the $25,000 35th Annual San Francisco International Comedy Competition, one of the oldest and most prestigious comedy competitions in the country.

First off…thanks for doing this! Makes it fun to be able to keep up on the competition from out of the area…
Second…depending on the scores, tonight’s final show of the first Preliminary Week should be an exciting battle to see who will join Auggie Smith in moving on to the semi-finals–as there are bunch of names who have made a couple of nightly Top 5s…
Makes me wish I was at the Crow’s Nest in Santa Cruz tonight (which isn’t something I’ve said that many times before.)

Just stumbled upon these results after the first prelim week. Keep ‘em coming! I’ll be hosting a couple of nights in the semi-finals week, so I can slip you the results from Arroyo Grande and Santa Rosa. Thanks sfstandup, and thanks pg13 for your previous updates from Seattle!

I was asked to judge a couple of those last shows and couldn’t do it. But it looks like the judges made the choice I probably would have anyway. Great to see all those guys win it.
